Except reception, all other members of the staff were kind of rude. Not willing to help or give you any attention unless you go to them and ask a couple of times. The dinner time for all inclusive guests was ridiculous, the first place where I see a dinner set from 18:00-20:00. Feels like they just want you to miss the dinner, because you usually come from the beach around 19:30-20:00. Most places have the dinner up untill 21:00/22:00. The food was not bad, except the sweets and fruits. Some of the fruits were old and had strange taste..

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is below average for this price range. There is nothing special about it and there were a few unpleasant surprises as well. The room we got was on the last floor, which the elevator didn't even reach and we had to climb an improvised straircase to get to room. The roof was a lot lower than what is normal for a hotel room and we were not warned about this prior to booking it. The furniture was old, the tiles on the floors had cracks all over the them which made very annoying sounds when you walk. Overall the room was nothing like any of the pictures advertised. Outside of the bed and the cheap flatscreen tv, everything in the room was straight out of the socialist era 40 years ago. The staff are mostly friendly, apart from the dude that was at the bar, who when I asked where can I get water from said sarcastically "perhaps the toilet?". The food was terrible with very little diversity and the lowest(cheapest) quality available on the market. One thing that annoyed me very much is that you cannot fill your plate on your own, instead everytime you want something you have to ask someone from the staff to get you some and sometimes you'd have to wait up to 5 minutes for someone to randomly show up and help you. You can't even get drinks on your own. It's obvious how they are literally cutting costs in every single aspect, inexperienced or just careless and/or very young staff that are massively underpaid so they do not really care too, the cleaning ladies didn't even re stock the shampoo and showergel without us specifically asking them to. Overall a terrible experience, don't go there if you have any expectations at all!

Stayed here twice. Close to the Sea. Lots of restaurants nearby. Decent rooms. Would recommend it. Hotel has other amenities too wich I didn't get to check, such as swimming pool and spa. Bar is small and closes at 23 but the staff is really nice. 15minuts by foot from the old town. 5 or less with a car. Food is normal if not having any special plans. I myself as a vegan rarely find a range of choices here.

Very disappointed of all conditions - the rooms are totally uncomfortable - beds are awful, you can not sleep at all, bathroom is missing - it is only a very small cabin in the room. The breakfast is too poor- every day same 5 things to eat - eggs, bread, cheese, tomatoes.... Fruits are missing, juices are hidden behind the bar. Also you have to pay for WIFI - 4 BGN per day!!! You have to pay and for parking - 5 BGN per day! All of these are not mention in your reservation - it is a surprise from the very not friendly staff in that hotel! 5 days till now - we eat every day same food, sheets are not changed and the room is not clean. Never again! Too much money for very low quality al all!!!

Rooms are big, but shower is tiny. The toilet is not smelling very nice and even if you have very noising fan turned on whole day it doesn't help. Internet is free only in the lobby. You can pay for Wi-Fi in the room, but is quite pricey and not working. It was hard to get money back. Food is average. The location is near main road and you hear cars all day and night. You don't get too much privacy at the pool since it's located next to street. The gym doesn't work, they are using it to dry clothing.

Good position, in the center. Only 2 parking places. In fact, no one. Clean rooms. The bathroom is wet from a shower and the floor never get dry. Good and kind personal. Very good vegetable food. Some fruits. Good cookies and sweets. Clean pool. Wifi funny, maybe they have routers with AI. Clothes dryer on the balcony. Digital Led tv with analogue bulgarian channels. Ideal for bohemian family. The personal was very very kind.
